Haemul Pajeon (Seafood scallion pancakes)

Seafood scallion pancake is a very popular dish in Korean restaurants, for its crunchy texture, and delicious mixed taste of scallion and seafood. Also, it’s really easy and fast to cook, so today let’s try this dish together : )

♡Ingredients: All-purpose flour Salt Scallion Seafood (any kinds you like) Egg Red pepper ♡Ingredients for dipping sauce: Chopped onion 3 teaspoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons white vinegar 1teaspoon white sugar Sesame Sesame oil

For the dipping sauce, just put these ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Then, let's start with our pancake.

1. Add salt to the flour, then slowly add water, stirring constantly to form a batter. Flour: water 1:1.5

2. Add a little more oil and fry on medium heat throughout, then add scallion.

3. Pour in the batter.

4. Add seafood and sliced pepper, pour the beaten egg over the top of the pancake, and sprinkle some sesame.

5. Carefully turn it over when the bottom is cooked and crispy, wait until the other side is light brown and crunchy. It’s time to taste your pancake! Bon appétit!
