Hotteok ( Korean pancakes )

Hi everyone ! Today I'm really happy to share with you a really easy recipe. You can easily reproduce the Hotteok with simple ingredients we all have at home !




Ingredients :



Dough : Filing:

250g of flour 100g ground almonds 2 eggs 60g brown sugar 80ml milk 40g sunflower oil 20g caster sugar 10 g of instant yeast 25g sunflower oil 1 pinch of salt


Instructions :



1/ Let's start with the dough. In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, sugar, oil, salt. Add flour and yeast. Mix until the dough is smooth.


2/ Leave to rest for 2 to 3 hours in the fridge.


3/ For the filing, it's as simple. In a second bowl : just add the brown sugar, sunflower oil and the ground almonds.

4/ Take a small piece of the dough, roll it out in a circle and add a spoonful of filling. Close the dough tightly by forming a ball.
















5/ Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the Hotteok over low heat for 10 minutes.







Then, just enjoy while it's still warm ! Bon appétit !
